Responsibilities:
- To supervise and schedule work requirements
- To prepare all program, work schedule and quantities for the project
- To attend all client meetings, executive meetings in order to coordinate construction activities
- To supervise safety quality control inspections of sub-contractor’s services
- To ensure quantity and quality of purchase and inspection of materials received
- To follow strictly safety regulations at construction site
- To prepare method of statements and risk assessment for all activities
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (building and civil works) in Singapore
- Knowledge in AutoCad and Microsoft Office
- Able to read and analyze structural/architectural drawings
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and provide administrative support
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all levels of staff
