Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the country sales plan aligned with budget targets.
- Ensure Sales KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Team.
- Set local sales objectives and priorities to meet client needs and achieve growth targets.
- Serve as the primary Sales contact for the regional sales organization and key network partners.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to create initiatives and products that meet Sales goals.
- Engage in high-level business activities to maximize brand exposure and awareness.
- Adjust sales plans, processes, and priorities in response to market and business changes.
- Identify underperforming segments and recommend improvements for performance and quality.
- Provide and ensure quality and timely submission of sales reports for management.
- Monitor service levels to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Build key contacts and relationships within the Toll Network, promoting alignment with the One Toll strategy.
- Implement, coordinate, and track Group and Divisional Client Centricity initiatives.
- Actively lead strategic business opportunities.
- Oversee the country Sales Process and maintain over 95% data quality in the Global CRM platform.
Job Requirement(s):
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is usually required.
- 5 years of experience in sales management positions covering Singapore market
- Leadership and motivational skills to guide and inspire the sales team.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate market changes
