Job Description:
- To co-ordinate and correspond with sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Attending site meetings
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring work progress
- Supervision of construction progress and quality checking
- Prepare monthly progresss report and progress claim
- Supervise all structural and civil works and attend all meetings and co-ordination with sub-contractors.
- Liaise with client’s consultants, RE and etc.
- Prepare and plan work schedules.
- Maintain and monitor quality controls.
- Conduct daily field inspections of all work under construction.
- Ensure workers maintain a clean construction site at all times.
- Prepare job closing inspection reports for completed construction.
- Establish inventory control methods and procedures to ensure availability.
- Co-ordinate all matters pertaining to compensation insurance for labour and take necessary steps to maintain lowest possible rate
- Other administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
