Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the assigned property portfolio.
- Secure new tenancies, manage lease renewals, and liaise with property agents.
- Conduct market research on competitors and rental benchmarks.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Complete contractual paperwork and oversee unit handovers to new tenants.
- Scout for new tenants/licensees to benefit the brand and leasing business.
- Negotiate rental terms to maximize yield and ensure budget alignment.
- Perform background checks on potential tenants to ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth tenant relationships and tenancy processes.
- Support subsidiaries in securing short-term pop-up stores and event spaces.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in leasing or business development.
- Good understanding of the real estate industry with some contacts.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify contract and business risks.
- Analytical, business-minded, and results-driven.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Registered as a Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or hold equivalent qualifications (RES exam) will be an added advantage.
