Facilities Manager(Government Project)

Permanent, 5.5 days (8.30am-6pm)

  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for all services, ensuring proper contract administration and management.
  • Oversee maintenance of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) services.
  • Supervise and manage the technical team, including external subcontractors.
  • To handle operational issues, including troubleshooting, manpower allocation and documentation

· Monitoring project work progress and status.

· Tracking KPIs to ensure compliance with performance frameworks.

  • Ensure compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and provide guidance on health and safety matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering or Building.
  • Minimum of 5 years in facilities management.
