Working Hours:
•Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
•Fridays: 6:45am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
Contract Period: 13 January 2025 to 12 January 2026
Job Description
•Provide customer service at the reception counter to support staff, parents, students, and visitors, including answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
•Maintaining and updating of data records, filing of documents, inventories etc.
•Preparation of resources for the teaching of Science and Math Department (where applicable) and General Office.
•Assist in any general and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Admin Manager and School Leaders.
Job Requirement
•At least 3 GCE ‘O’ level passes including English
•Good communication and inter-personal skills
•Good team player
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
•At least have 2 years of experience working in a school environment
