This role will be responsible to manage and executing social media strategies to enhance the brand's presence, driving strategic communications initiatives within the healthcare sector, with a focus on strengthening our client's brand presence and cultivating impactful stakeholder relationships.
What you'll be doing
- Creating and oversee engaging content, including press releases, thought leadership pieces, social media posts such as like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, and other marketing materials
- Boost engagement by producing high-quality content tailored for social media
- Manage the social media calendar, schedule posts using relevant tools, and collaborate with brand ambassadors to enhance brand's presence
- Monitoring and analysing the success of campaigns and content, providing recommendations for creative improvements to optimise performance and align with business objectives
- Handle crisis communications and participate in emergency preparedness exercises to ensure effective response strategies
- Track social media conversations and respond swiftly to inquiries to ensure prompt and effective communication
What we're looking for
- Diploma and/ or Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications/ Public Relations/ Journalism
- 3 - 5 years of experience in handling social media preferably within the healthcare services
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that drive business growth
- Proficiency in digital and social media platforms, with the ability to leverage them for strategic communication purpose
