Job Description
Main Duty - Customer Service
- Handle customer service duties by answering phone calls, managing visitors, taking messages, responding to inquiries, and providing general information in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Use the school’s IT system for administrative purposes.
- Handle daily queries from parents, students, vendors, and staff.
- Call pupils’ absentees every morning to check on their status with parents.
- Contact pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc or special events.
- Provide first-level assistance to walk-in students, especially sick or injured students, and escalate cases when necessary.
- Handle situations where students vomit or soil their clothes and provide appropriate support.
General Duties
- Assist in canteen matters, FAS applications, arrears fees, bus bookings, etc.
- Update the school activity notice board in the office, ensuring data accuracy.
- Maintain the office forms cabinet, ensuring all forms are up-to-date and replenished.
- Provide general typing support as needed.
- Assist in Stores supplies management during school holidays.
- Support other general administrative duties as required.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Full GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level certificate or its equivalent.
Skills and Experience:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in reception duties, preferably in a school environment.
- Strong team player with a high level of initiative.
