- We are looking for Sales Development Executive to join our team that is driven and results-oriented.
- Will be in charge of finding new business prospects, establishing and preserving connections with clients, and promoting the expansion of our company in this capacity.
Duties:
- Find and seize fresh business prospects by conducting outreach, networking, and research.
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with both current and prospective customers.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to develop presentations and proposals that are suited to the demands of the client.
- Analyse the market to find trends and the competitive environment.
- Reach or surpass sales goals by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Monitor and report on performance and indicators related to business development.
- Keep up with new trends and advancements in the industry.
Qualifications:
- An MBA is desired; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in goods forwarding, sales, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and spur expansion.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- The capacity to function both alone and together.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
