As the Events and Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our agency's growth and success. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns, crafting unique event activations, and building strong client relationships. With your expertise and leadership, you will ensure that our proposals align with client objectives, address concerns effectively, and adhere to timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the pitch process, collaborating with the team to craft compelling proposals that meet client objectives and requirements.
- Drive business development strategies to expand our client base and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conceptualize and develop marketing campaigns and event activations that captivate and engage our target audience.
- Co-drive and contribute to the development of intellectual property content and concept papers, enhancing our agency's unique offerings.
- Foster and strengthen business relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative creative strategies that elevate our events and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an agency environment, with a proven track record in events and experiential marketing.
- A deep understanding of all aspects required to create large, complex experiences that resonate with sophisticated audiences.
- A proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, collaborating effectively with teams to navigate uncharted territories.
