Job and Responsibilities:
· Provide application support to end users in troubleshooting and resolution of issues and updating them of the progress which entails communicating with them in an appropriate and constructive manner.
· Plan and execute Change Requests activities which include gather and facilitate business process discussion, conduct detailed analysis, solution design, development and configuration, testing, documentation and deployment.
· Work closely with the internal team and vendors to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvements within SAP applications
· Develop / Update relevant Master Data Standards especially master data to support SAP processes integrate with other modules or application.
· Configure and optimize SAP modules such as PP, MM, WM, SD, PS, and QM to meet business needs.
· Perform system testing (Unit, Integration, and User Acceptance), troubleshoot system issues, and provide post-go-live support.
· Conduct data migration from legacy systems to SAP and create functional specifications for customized reports.
· Deliver end-user training and prepare detailed system documentation.
Skill Requirement & Qualification:
· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· MUST have overall 6 years’ hands-on experience in SAP implementations and support.
· Involved in at least 2-3 end to end cycle of SAP project implementation.
· Design, develop, test, debug and implement programs on SAP S4 HANA.
· Expertise in the configuration and supporting integration of SAP modules, including PS, PP, MM, WM, SD, and QM.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
· Able to start in a short notice period.
