We have a vacancy to be a part of a prestigious healthcare project in Singapore. As a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), you will assist the Resident Engineer (RE) in supervising the construction of civil and structural works. You will ensure that all activities comply with project specifications and Building Control regulations, supporting the efficient execution of construction tasks.

- Assist the RE in supervision of basement, steel and precast construction
- Experience in supervision of precast facade and civil/external works will be an added advantage
- Familiar with local regulations/codes for Civil & Structural related to building projects
- Assist the RE to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports
- A good team player with effective communication skills.
Is this role right for you?
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Accredited with IES-ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Practicing Certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in BIM and VDC capabilities will be an added advantage.
