- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues in chatbot development and deployment.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure chatbot features adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines.
- Review and monitor chatbot operations for adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Analyze AI and machine learning models used in chatbot systems to identify potential risks and biases.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and compliance protocols for chatbot projects.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on risk and compliance best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging regulations and trends in AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies.
- Proficiency in computer programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
- Experience in risk assessment, compliance management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to AI and chatbot deployment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and reporting.
Salary range : S$5,000.00 to S$8,000.00
