Compensation Partnering
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges.
- Collaborate on the development of tailored compensation solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations to drive business performance through effective rewards strategies
Broad Based Compensation
Participate in group-level projects across various areas of rewards, including:
- Performance Management: Support the development and enhancement of performance evaluation processes that align with compensation.
- Allowances: Review and optimize allowances to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Annual Remuneration Cycle: Assist in the execution of the annual remuneration cycle, including salary reviews and adjustments.
- Market Salary Benchmarking: Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure our compensation structures remain competitive and equitable.
Executive Compensation
- Support the annual calendar of Executive Resource and Compensation Committee (ERCC) activities covering remuneration matters for Senior Management Executives and Non-Executive Directors to the Board
- Assist in the design and implementation of executive compensation programmes, including base salary, bonuses and long-term incentives for senior management.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure executive compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Rewards Systems & Processes
- Gain hands-on experience with compensation management systems, including their functionality and capabilities.
- Evaluate existing compensation systems, identifying opportunities for enhancements to drive operational efficiency and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement system improvements and ensure seamless integration with HR processes.
