Responsibilities
- Report to Directors.
- Ensure projects are work within timelines and budget.
- To review the equipments / materials requisitions.
- Manage correspondence & documentation with Clients,Consultants and contractors.
- Day-to-day management of site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the all subcontractors work.
- With strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills to work with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationship and rapport with clients and suppliers.
- Conduct meetings with project team to identify issues encountered during construction period and ensure effective resolution.
- Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
- Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.
- Participating and engaging in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognised by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience in BTO.
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
- Passion in people and project management.
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Good written and communication skills.
