Customer Service Executive

Job Scope

  • Resolve customer’s complaint/feedback through excellent service recovery, promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the Customer Relations team by providing support on pre and post sales related enquiries (products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries).
  • Instill customer loyalty and retention through the company's retention programs and outbound service calls
  • Participate in company and Customer Management department’s projects assigned by Line Manager
  • Assist the Line Manager to maintain customer service excellence activities/programs.

Requirements

  • Diploma with minimum 1year Customer Service experience
  • Possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
  • Good email writing skills will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organized
  • Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior role
