Job Scope
- Resolve customer’s complaint/feedback through excellent service recovery, promoting customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the Customer Relations team by providing support on pre and post sales related enquiries (products and service) through various customer touch-points (calls, emails and website enquiries).
- Instill customer loyalty and retention through the company's retention programs and outbound service calls
- Participate in company and Customer Management department’s projects assigned by Line Manager
- Assist the Line Manager to maintain customer service excellence activities/programs.
Requirements
- Diploma with minimum 1year Customer Service experience
- Possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Good email writing skills will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organized
- Team player with a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior role
