Job Description:
· Prepare external shipment arrangement daily – packing list, delivery order, sales invoice, courier service, etc
· Coordinate in-house shipment schedule
· Liaise and follow up for outbound shipment
· Receiving and matching of incoming goods to Purchase Order in the ERP.
· Inventory check
· Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse
· Clerical support to warehouse eg. filing of logistics documents
· 75% Operation and Administrative, 25% Physical
Job Requirements:
• Computer literate preferably have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Occasionally may need to move items of up to 25kg
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Teamwork spirit
• Work independently
Salary will commensurate with experience and ability to perform
