- $2,300 - $2,600 per month + OT Pay
- Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 7.00pm *Due to nature of events, hours outside of stated hours will be compensable as overtime payment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with PR agency to formulate a media engagement and publicity plan for programmes to garner media interests
- Assist in the management of Non-Digital Media Buy such as advertising on TV, Radio, Out-of-Home publicity, etc.
- Collate calendar of events, provide administrative and secretariat support when necessary
- Design collaterals for branding visuals and publicity.
- Liaise and coordinate with appointed artists, contractors and partners as well as internal divisions through emails, calls and meetings for the preparation and execution of Event.
- Engage potential performing groups in overseas countries to participate in Event.
Requirements:
- Possesses minimum a Diploma in Arts/Events Management with experience in Design.
- Independent team player.
- Able to simultaneously manage various project elements.
