Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that final products meet the company standards.
- Includesdesigning, implementing, and improving company quality standards, analyzing data to find areas for growth.
- Responsible for training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met, and creating reports to track progress.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Field visit of jobsites for inspections, feedback analysis and follow-up on customers’ complaints.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding productivity.
Requirements and skills
- Proven food and beverage experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Ability to manage personnel
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- 3 years of experience in the F&B sector within a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
