Role Description
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the team, including preparing documents, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage team meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Serve as the main point of contact for team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses to inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule team meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Document Management: Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of documents and reports.
- Project Support: Assist with tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Resource Management: Ensure that the team has all necessary office supplies, equipment, and resources to perform efficiently.
- Document Translation: Accurately translate written documents, including emails, reports, contracts, and other correspondence from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
