• Post job advertisements, screen resumes, arrange interviews, and assist with recruitment decision-making
• Oversee the onboarding process, conducting orientation, and monitoring probationary performance
• Leave and benefit claims administration
• Assist with the application and renewal of Employment Passes (EP), monitor work pass expiration dates and handle timely renewals
• Timely submission of Government Survey
• Assist the CEO with travel claims and arrangements
• Handle travel arrangements for the team, including flight bookings, hotel reservations
• Oversee administrative matters like insurance claims, pantry supplies etc
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions
• Familiar with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex matters independently
• Bilingual
