Admin Assistant
- Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
- S$ 2,200 - 2,800
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees and track records.
- Administer and manage corporate and employee insurance policies.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for interns/apprentices.
- Handle work passes, visas, and regulatory requirements for foreign candidates.
- Manage IT service providers and ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain ISO certification and facilitate audits.
- Maintain organized filing systems, take minutes, prepare reports/presentations, and manage executive calendars.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
- Administrative/coordination experience (L&D, insurance, HR).
