• Responsible for Landscape Architec Coordinator all works related to Site Supervisor / Coordinator duties. landscape site supervision for hardscape and softscape.

· Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trade implementation on site.

· Ensure works are carried out in accordance with updated drawings, specifications, method of statements, master programme and consultants site instructions.

· Liaise with Clients, Consultants, RE / RTO to carry out site inspection and attend weekly /monthly meeting.

· Manage procurement of all site resources including sub-contractors, suppliers, manpower, materials and machinery etc. Scheduling manpower, materials and equipment on site, carry out materials and equipment receiving, inspection and maintaining record. All delivery order must be returned to office for record.

· Monitor and control material unsafe on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

· Assist project manager or project engineer with any other duties as assigned.

• Bilingualism (English and Mandarin).

• Driving liense class 3.
