Human Resource Executive

Artis Design Studio Private Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
    Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  2. Employee Relations:Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
    Foster a positive workplace culture and handle conflict resolution professionally.
  3. HR Policy and Compliance:Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with local labor laws.
    Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  4. Performance Management:Facilitate employee performance reviews and provide guidance for professional growth.
    Support managers in identifying training and development needs.
  5. Compensation and Benefits Administration:Administer payroll, employee benefits, and incentives.
    Ensure competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  6. HR Data Management:Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    Generate reports on HR metrics for management review.
  7. Training and Development:Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR generalist or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., [specific software if applicable]).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
