We are looking for warm and caring Music Teachers to conduct individual lessons, group lessons, and music explorer classes at our Marine Parade studio.

THE ROLE
Teaching Music
•Create learning plans that match students' goals and examination syllabuses
•Prepare students for music exams, competitions, or performances
•Proactively communicate with parents on student goals and progress (Verbal, Written, Video formats)
•Motivate students with creative and customized games and teaching techniques
Curriculum Development
•Contribute to the development and growth of the piano and violin program (curriculum, programs, tools)
Working Together
•Support colleagues in creating a happy environment conducive to student learning
•Attend staff meetings and teacher training sessions
•Work collaboratively as a team for school activities (workshops, camps, mock exams, showcases, or concerts)
Marketing & Promotions
•Assist in marketing activities related to promoting the school
•Help with training new teachers
Front Desk/Admin
•Provide a helping hand with front desk/admin duties as needed or staff relief
REQUIREMENTS
•Primary instrument: Degree or Diploma
•Secondary instrument: Grade 8 Certificate or higher
•At least 1 year of experience teaching music to children
•You smile easily with confident communication skills
•A fun, creative teaching approach with kids and teens
•Able to work on weekends and weekday evenings
•Able to confidently work with parents as a partner
