What you'll be doing
- Acting as the central point of contact for the HOD, managing calls, emails, and visitors
- Coordinating meetings, events, and logistics, including sourcing faculty appreciation gifts and handling last-minute adjustments
- Supporting operations by organising and collating resident funding documents and maintaining up-to-date databases
- Generating reports, maintaining accurate records, and publishing updates or announcements for stakeholders
- Managing the department’s faculty and resident databases, web pages, and email groups to ensure smooth information flow
- Providing support for office requests, event planning, and ad-hoc administrative assignments
What we're looking for
- Diploma level and above from recognised institution
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial support role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
