Define and document solution architecture, including technical requirements, design, and implementation details
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Design and implement solutions that are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards and regulations
* Provide guidance and mentoring to junior architects and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
* Participate in project planning and estimation activities
* Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
*Execute the architect and deliver the solution on time within schedule
Required skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or a related role
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks
* Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development tools
* Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code)
* Experience with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
*Experience with Healthcare HR & Payroll architecture set up
