- Basic Salary up to $4,500 with yearly increment based on performance.

Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Assistant Operations Manager located in Geylang Bahru. Our client is one of Singapore's Leading Specialists for Buddhist funeral services and you will be responsible for managing funeral transfers and services, preparing monthly schedules for ground staff, and handling petty cash and vehicle-related matters. They work closely with all departments, oversee the Customer Service Team by assisting with phone duties and managing funeral parlours, and ensure the Operations Team adheres to company policies and processes. Additionally, they assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of management experience
- Comfortable working in the funeral industry
- Possess class 3 driver license
- Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
