Responsibilities
Achieving Monthly Sales Targets:
- Source new projects from both new and existing subscribers.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations.
- Prepare security designs and proposals.
- Secure contracts and meet individual sales targets as agreed with the Account Manager.
Post-Sales Activities:
- Provide customer service and manage customer relations.
- Coordinate the installation of secured contracts, including the application of telephone lines.
- Work with technical teams to ensure installation and commissioning are completed within the given time frame and to customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payment status from customers.
- Participate in all customer rapport programs as agreed upon by the Customer Service Department.
Sales-Related Duties and Tasks:
Collect and share useful market and competitor information gathered from external parties.
Participate in marketing and new business development activities as assigned by the Account Manager.
Overall Safety Performance:
Ensure overall safety performance when executing daily tasks.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of direct sales experience in the service industries
- Pleasant, motivated, and organized self-starter
- Good written, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good business acumen
- Ability to build professional relationships with people at all levels
