Job Description:
This is a contract role for a Customer Service located in ALPS Ave. Our client, one of the largest and most trusted global shipping and logistics companies, ships and tracks domestic and international deliveries. You will be responsible for interacting with customers through phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information about products or services, take orders, handle returns, and resolve complaints. It requires listening to customer concerns, investigating issues, and proposing timely and satisfactory solutions. Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products or services is essential to provide accurate information. Additionally, processing customer orders, entering them into the system, and ensuring timely delivery are key responsibilities. Using computer systems to access customer information, process orders, and respond to inquiries is also a vital part of the job.
