Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Corporate Services will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing and expanding relationships with key clients, and building a strong network of leads. This role involves identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet corporate service demands. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent networking abilities, capable of independently sourcing and nurturing leads while contributing to the overall strategic goals of the business.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in, phone or email inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Identify and generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, industry events and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to close deals effectively
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations and finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
  • Assist in marketing, partnership, and collaboration activities in order to generate new leads


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or corporate services
  • Strong ability to network, build relationships, and generate leads independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of corporate services industry trends and market dynamics
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, goal-oriented and result-driven attitude
