Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Corporate Services will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing and expanding relationships with key clients, and building a strong network of leads. This role involves identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and developing tailored solutions to meet corporate service demands. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent networking abilities, capable of independently sourcing and nurturing leads while contributing to the overall strategic goals of the business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, phone or email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Identify and generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, industry events and digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals to close deals effectively
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by driving new business and expanding existing accounts
- Work closely with internal teams (service delivery, operations and finance) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Assist in marketing, partnership, and collaboration activities in order to generate new leads
