The Job
- Responsible for Transfer Agency Services, including the communication of dealing orders, contract notes and attending to queries from investors and fund managers
- Manage the daily deliverables such as settlement, reconciliation, corporate action, dividend processing and other ad-hoc reporting
- Maintain and prepare Registrar Reports for fund managers and issue monthly statements to shareholders
- Calculate performance fees, process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and issue the related contract notes to investors
- Perform due diligence on investors such as KYC, AML, name screening checks
