- 6 months contract
Principle Responsibilities
- Perform completeness check on audit confirmation request form/online request from customer/auditors.
- Daily processing/data input of customer request on timely and accurate basis.
- Verification of customers/auditor instruction against bank system.
- Attend to enquires from stakeholders pertaining to request handling.
- Manage exceptional cases and escalate to team lead if necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc task.
Looking for
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or Accountancy will be preferred.
- Will be good if candidate has relevant banking ops/loans experiences
- Good analytical skill
