Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with at least 4 years of experience in sales within venues, events, hospitality, or related industries. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required, and knowledge of CRM and EBMS is a plus. A diploma or degree is a must, and familiarity with the MICe sector and sporting events is highly desirable. This is a non-commission role with a competitive salary of up to $6,500/month based on qualifications and experience. The position is based at the National Stadium and is a permanent position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop and implement Sales initiatives
- Identify, analyze and follow up of Sales opportunities and enquiries for the venue including the provision of professional event related advice
- Manage, support and service existing clients of the venue including the preparation of required paperwork for venue booking and the processing and settlement of payments
- Analysis of market/industry research and identification of potential market segments and clients to actively identify and source for new business
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of Sales, Department and budgetary reports as required
- Develop strategies for the achievement of Sales targets and to maximize utilization and all assigned goals and targets
- Management of work plans for provision of booking and sales services, monitoring of workflows and operation and the review and evaluation of methods and procedures
- To execute Sales and other projects as required by SportsHub
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma /Degree
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with good command of English
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Team player with high degree of initiative and able to work independently
- Proficient in office software applications including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CRM and EBMS is an advantage.

Salary:
Up to $6500/mth depending on qualfiications and experience
