Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:


1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target markets, competitors, and industry trends
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.


2. Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement effective brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all marketing materials.
  • Manage brand partnerships and collaborations.


3. Product Marketing:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans for new and existing products.
  • Create compelling product launch campaigns, including marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Manage product positioning and messaging.


4. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and optimize the company's website and social media channels.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.


5. Sales and Business Development:

  • Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and tools.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to create effective sales presentations.


6. Event Planning and Management:

  • Organize and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
  • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee management.


7. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and distributors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries promptly.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• Understanding of the medical aesthetic industry preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
