Job Description
- Manage all project related documentations.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, creating, duplicating, etc.
- Collate and maintain the database.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing details such as email correspondences, drawings, documents and reports, etc) are checked and well organized.
- Review documentations with good accuracy and conformity.
- Ensure delivery and receipt of all documents meets tight deadlines and given to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly.
- Generate various document control reports as and when required.
- Communicate and liaising with the client, supporting all the teams with the required information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Civil/Material Science/Petroleum, Oil & Gas Engineering or Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water or wastewater projects.
- Well versed in MS Office Applications etc
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
