What to expect as an Administrative Executive with us
As an Admin Executive in our Singapore office, you will be in-charge of several activities pertaining to the administration of the office. You will be working closely with the team of consultants located in Singapore but might have the opportunity to work with other offices in the region (i.e. Hong Kong, Beijing, New Delhi).
Your role will encompass the following tasks:
- Greet office visitors, and maintain office efficiency by arranging repairs
- Administrative support and office logistics coordination for the Singapore office
- Organise and schedule meetings
- Assist on business travel bookings, administrative support (scheduling, expenses, timesheets, etc.), organise internal events, commercial activities, and seminars.
- Procurement of office supplies
- Provide support on the business development side
- Other tasks: recruitment and providing administrative support to the Hong Kong and Beijing offices, etc.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, dynamic, have a sense of ownership and self-confident yet humble. You will need to demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, common sense and attention to detail.
Preferably you will:
- Have strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Have good oral and written communication skills in English
- Be roficient in MS Office
