What you will expect:

What you will perform:
- Assess participants through clinical history, physical evaluations, and outcome measures.
- Develop and implement client-centered SMART goals and treatment plans for participants and caregivers.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions, including functional mobility training and client education.
- Design and oversee individual or group exercise programs, or guide Programme Assistants/volunteers in conducting these programs.
- Provide caregiver education and home therapy as needed.
- Support the introduction of new clinical services and therapies.
- Engage in continuing education, research, and quality improvement initiatives, including in-service training for staff and volunteers.
- Document participant progress and care outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HOP or Lead Therapist.
What we expect:
- At least 2 years' in Physiotherapist with experience in senior dementia.
- Fully registered with Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC).
- A self-reliant individual with minimal supervision.
- Looking to enhance own skillset, take in challenges and to play part of pioneer team in assisting future expansion.
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Singaporean only.
