Due to expansion, Occupational Therapist is urgently needed. This role will delivering clinical services at daycare centre, medical clinic and home-based therapy (when needed) and play part of pioneer team in building upcoming rehabilitation centre.
- Remuneration Package: Basic $4,000 - $6,500
- Bonuses: AWS + Performance Bonus
- Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am-6.30pm; Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
- Location: Tiong Bahru & Whampoa
Job Duties:
- Review clients' clinical history, conduct assessments, and measure outcomes in accordance with program standards.
- Develop individualized, client-centered goals and treatment plans that follow SMART criteria and align with medical guidelines.
- Provide occupational therapy services, including community reintegration, dementia care, environmental modifications, and ADL training.
- Design, lead, or oversee individual and group physical activities or therapy sessions; prepare activities for Program Assistants or volunteers to implement as needed.
- Offer caregiver education and perform home therapy when required.
- Assist in establishing new therapy services, engage in professional learning, participate in research, and support quality improvement efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of client progress, offer training for foundation programs, and rotate across programs as necessary to deliver OT services.
- Assist other duties given by HOP & Lead Therapist include service improvement, mentoring and supervision of staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fully registered with Allied Health Professionals Council.
- 2 years' in Occupational Therapist with experience in senior dementia.
- Self-driven individual with capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to take stress to be part of pioneer team to support organization's growth and expansion.
- Bilingual in MANDARIN and ENGLISH to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Singaporean only.
