Job Description
To keep track and monitor the project finances as well as build and maintain contractual relationship between clients, consultants and relevant stakeholders etc and ensure that the financial position of the project is accurately reported effectively controlled.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and reviewing of Contract Administration
- Request / sources for quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Handle and closing of tender for submission
- Monitor, prepare and submit progress claim and variation orders
- Review construction sub-contractors between company and sub-contractors including general and special terms and conditions, requisitions, specifications and drawing, procedures
- Verifies As-Build drawings against actual completed work before submission to the client
- Other duties as assigned

- Take initiative over duties entrusted
- Possess minimum Diploma or Tietiary education
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Salary commensurate with experience and qualification
