Assistant Project Manager

Nkh Building Services Pte. Ltd.

- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets for project

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, and industry standards

- Oversee daily site operations related to the installation, testing, and commissioning of pump systems

- Monitor progress against project schedules and address delays or bottlenecks

- Support the technical design and engineering of pump systems, including reviewing schematics and recommending improvements

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and operation phases

- Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship quality and adherence to project specifications

- Manage project resources, including manpower, tools, and equipment

- Monitor and control inventory related to the project

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, and technical documentation

- Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions

- Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety codes, and environmental standards
