Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that products assembled and tested conforms to specifications and are in accordance to the quality standard laid out.
- Performs assembly and test processes according to establish process/test instructions
- Engage in spare parts management, 5S and improvement works
- Ensure that safety standards and safe working practices are adhered to
- To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for all equipment
- Responsible for general electrical fitting work, including installation of electrical equipment, electrical panel, electrical cabling, cable conduits, connecting of cabling, termination etc.
- Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good house keeping
- Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures
- Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions.
- Installation, maintenance, and repair expert electric codes
- Any other tasks, when required by the immediate superior
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering / Diploma in engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge in PLC, AC/DC, frequency drives and basic control systems.
- Possess knowledge in Electrical wiring assembly, installations and Termination of DB box, conduit pipe, PVC Casing, installation, repair, and maintainance of switchboards, wiring, and circuits
- Willing to work in dirty and outdoor environment
- Willing to learn and positive work attitude
- Good communication with team work spirit
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
