Job Description & Requirements
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and improve the daily functions of the nursery and projects
- Procurement of plants, materials, etc
- Provide training to staff on pesticides, fertilizers, etc
- Create staff work rosters and delegate duties
- Plan and review nursery activities, cost and operations
- Create attractive garden and plant displays
- Respond to customer requests and provide guidance to the nursery staff
Requirements
- Degree in Horticulture or equivalent
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Valid driving licence and added advantage
