- Attend to daily service fault calls, troubleshoot issues, manage machine movement, and perform preventive maintenance and installation/commissioning of equipment as assigned by the department head.
- Collaborate with principals to diagnose technical problems, determine solutions, and assist customers in implementing fixes.
- Provide basic operation and maintenance training to customers.
- Track equipment, preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown services, and spare parts data.
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices using company systems.
- Conduct pre-delivery checks and assemble equipment.
- Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts within the system.
- Work independently and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
- On job training will be provided
Technician Requirements:
- Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Bio-medical Engineering, or equivalent medical device related educational background are welcome to apply
- Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented and good attitude.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
