Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on technical aspects of Salesforce implementation.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understanding
- provide strategic direction and thought leadership, advising on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions to enhance the Salesforce implementation and drive business value
- Design the overall Salesforce architecture, including data model, application design, security model, and integration strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements
- Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing guidance to development teams on architectural choices, platform limitations, and optimization techniques, fostering a culture of technical excellence
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the technical solution meets functional and non-functional requirements, and aligns with the enterprise roadmap
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, Information Technology, engineering or equivalent
- 8-9 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects
- Relevant Salesforce certifications
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and design
- Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous.
