Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Ecommerce, International Business, or related disciplines.


Other Skills requirement:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Ecommerce management, Marketing, or a related field. Practical experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry or related fields is essential. Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of web design and development is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to collaborate with clients and teams. Experience in project management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional data analysis and logical reasoning abilities, capable of extracting key insights from data and making informed decisions. Proficiency in office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilites & Scope of work

Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

Sales Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales, including product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.

Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.

Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock levels and efficient order fulfillment processes.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Marketing Coordination: Work with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.

  • Design business questions to be used for data mining and analysis.
  • Develop a service recovery framework.
  • Develop and implement roadmap for online store's functionality.
  • Develop service operations.
  • Develop, manage and measure performance of technology vendor relationships.
  • Drive e-commerce sales performance.
  • Encourage service innovation.
  • Generate ideas and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes.
  • Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes.
  • Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes.
  • Manage sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns, and programmes over digital platforms.
  • Manage the procurement and implementation of new technologies.
  • Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Monitor and review data mining and analytics tools.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners to drive business growth.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports on Ecommerce performance and present findings to the management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, mkt, production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth execution of projects and orders.
