Key Responsibilities:
- Audit & Vetting performance monitoring and preparation for vetting in close liaison with in-house Marine, Operations & Technical Departments
- Arrange office interviews for seagoing officers
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Crew Department personnel
- Prepare crewing budget and follow up crewing account matter
- Maintain, update, and disseminate company instruction to vessel, manning office and concerned parties
- Lead and oversee various activities for the welfare and morale programs for sea personnel and their families and union matters
- Other related ad hoc duties assigned by the Crewing Manager
Key Requirements:
- Min 5 years of experience in Maritme crewing operations
- Proficiency in Danaos / ShipMate
