- Ensure effective and efficient management of the Common Areas through routine checks.
- Conduct daily checks on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance.
- Follow up with contractors on the submission of monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing.
- Advice and assist, whenever possible, complaints beyond the Corporation's purview, i.e. individual units.
- Attend to any emergency or incident within an appropriate response time frame. Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by residents.
- Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint from residents is directed back to them respectively with closure.
- Prepare the monthly report for the Management.
- Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions.
