Responsibilities:
• Office Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, kitchenette, and common areas.
• Trash Disposal: Regularly collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and waste in designated disposal areas, following appropriate recycling guidelines.
• Surface Cleaning: Wipe down and disinfect surfaces, such as desks, countertops, windows, glass doors, and other fixtures, to maintain a germ-free environment.
• Inventory Monitoring: Monitor and report the inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and operating cleaning equipment.
• Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair issues noticed during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly.
• Adherence to Schedule: Strictly adhere to the assigned cleaning schedule to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other office staff to maintain a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
