Key Duties & Responsibilities:
As Service Engineer, your main responsibilities will be to maintain, trouble shoot and service the Company’s products, on-site of our customers.
• Maintenance, Trouble Shooting & Servicing of boiler/ burners.
• Provide after-sales / on-site service to our customers
• Attending to complaints calls from customers, as and when required
• Installing, Testing & Commissioning of Company’s products equipment
• Included in the duty roster after-office-hour back-up
• Travelling to the regional countries, whenever necessary
• Any other duty as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or equivalent a must
• Min 2years experience with boiler/burner and plant maintenance will be an advantage
• Knowledge in DCS ,PLC and SCADA systems.
• Experience and knowledge in M & E field and controls system.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently
• Willing to travel to regional countries
• Engineering Drawing ( AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Isometric )
Workplace location: Joo Koon
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12pm
